ABORTION

The project is based on a focus on women who have abortions against their will in a Chinese context, and attempts to discuss shy topics of established ideas in a light painting style. The contrast between serious subjects and relaxed painting styles is part of what the author wants to make the viewer think. The author hopes to correct the non-subject status of women in the patriarchal society for a long time, so women are always in the absolute subject position in the painting.

The aim of the work is to spiritually relieve the guilt and stress of women who have to choose abortion when they are pregnant without their own will. At the same time, it is hoped that audiences without abortion experience, both male and female, will be able to communicate emotionally with women who have abortions through digital resonance and better understand their positions and feelings.
